I’ve been going to Dr. Heim since 2015 for my orthodontic procedures and my braces. The staff there has always been so welcoming and helpful. There were many times at the beginning of my braces journey that my wires would pop out or brackets would fall loose (all normal things at the beginning stages of braces) and they were always more than willing to fix whatever needed attention and would always go the extra mile. I would highly recommend Dr. Heim when choosing you or your child’s orthodontic treatment! As a dental hygienist, let’s just say, I was very selective in who I wanted my daughter to receive her orthodontic treatment from! I have worked in the Oklahoma City/Edmond area for 20 years, which has allowed me to see multiple orthodontist work! When choosing an orthodontist for my daughter, I knew exactly who I wanted her to receive treatment from! Her case what not an easy case (straightening teeth), we had to correct a cross bite with moderate crowding! I was adamant in not wanting permanent teeth extracted (what I call a quick fix). Dr. Heim recommended we start treatment early (before loosing all primary teeth) in order to make changes necessary for her to have room for the eruption of her permanent teeth and correction of her bite! Her treatment was completed in 2 stages! I admire the fact his treatment was centered around obtaining the best long term results! I could not be more pleased with her results! Her smile is absolutley beautiful!
